House of Romilly
House of Romilly is an ongoing personal project where my wife Romilly and I are renovating our Victorian mid-terrace home in North London. It’s a place to explore ideas, refine details and apply my making practice in a deeply personal context.
Although separate from commissioned work, House of Romilly runs in parallel to the studio - a slow, evolving project that offers space for experimentation, problem-solving and hands-on making in the context of our own home.
It offers a chance to observe how our furniture interacts with a lived environment, how materials age, and how design decisions sit within the fabric of a home over time.
I will be sharing parts of the journey - small moments, details and processes that feel worth noting. For those interested in this and the making that sits behind the studio visit the instagram page for updates.
